How to Keep Your Food Outlet Spick-And-Span With Professional Cleaning Practices?

A hassle-free cleaning guide sheet for small food outlets
Say hello to Sumabrite

Most small food establishments, such as a cloud kitchen, or a café or a takeaway outlet, or a small restaurant avoid employing professional cleaning services. Why? To keep the costs in check! They prefer their regular staff for cleaning.

However, massive customer footfall during peak times or festive occasions, such as Diwali increases the staff’s workload and work timings, impacting the cleaning.

Also, the regular staff employed for cleaning may not be aware of the different resources they could use for quick and hassle-free cleaning. This lack of time, knowledge, and expertise could be a costly affair.

That is where the Sumabrite kitchen-care portfolio comes in.

Just as every team has diverse talents to help the team attain their goal, so does Sumabrite kitchen-care portfolio offer a range of cleaning solutions, equipped for different needs, but meeting one common objective — A clean food outlet with a hygienic kitchen.

In this blog, we will walk you through two of our star players to keep your food outlet spotless, that too quickly and hassle-free with the power of SumabriteTM.

Guideline #1 — Invest in an all-rounder for basic cleaning

A clean food outlet is a welcoming place for both your employers and customers. Often, outlet managers purchase different cleaners for different purposes, considering their efficacy. But during hectic work hours, confusion of one product over the other and lack of knowledge leads to product wastage of unuse.

Wouldn’t you prefer to have one cleaning solution that does the work of all?

Presenting Sumabrite All Rounder. It is a unique, high-performance concentrate that caters to a variety of kitchen cleaning needs.

Benefits:
  • Comes with a 4-in-1 application formula — Dishwashing, floor cleaning, degreasing, and hard surface cleaning.

  • Is soft on metal surfaces

  • Removes heavy oil and greasy deposits
  • Is excellent for cleaning greasy kitchen floors
  • Is gentle on hands
  • Enables easy dilution and application due to its thick formulation

For normal–heavy soilage: Use 20-50 ml to dilute 1 liter of warm water. (2% – 5% v/v)

Guideline #2 — Trust a finisher for hard cleaning

At times, the floor of the front side of your restaurant might have stubborn shoe prints or dirt that refuses to go off with a basic cleaner. There are times when stubborn stains get deposited on the kitchen floor. Any such kind of dirt accumulation on the floor poses a risk of food contamination.

And, in the current circumstances when cleanliness and hygiene have taken massive importance, this is one area that food outlets should not ignore.

Try Sumabrite Multipurpose Cleaning Concentrate Liquid. It’s non-corrosive, professional grade formula is best suited for tough stains, and hard-to-grease grease and grime. You could also use it for dishwashing, ceramic cleaning, kitchen slab cleaning, bathroom cleaning and as a handwash.

  • Is mild on cutlery, gentle on hands, and saves water.

  • Breaks down the tough stains on floors. It is absolutely safe and effective on marble, granite and vinyl.

  • Leaves the surfaces of ceramic items, kitchen slabs and bathrooms spotless clean, scratch-free and streak-free.
  • Is compatible with scrubbing machines
  • Leaves behind a pleasant lingering perfume after application.

Dishwashing – Add 100 ml to 1 liter of warm water. Soak utensils in solution and clean soil with a scrubber. Soak and sanitize in the rinse tank.

Ceramic Cleaning – Add 100 ml to 1 liter of warm water. Spray on surfaces to be cleaned and wipe dry.

Kitchen Floor Cleaning – Add 100 ml to 1 liter of water. Mop floor.
